في القاهرة بوصفها إحدى أعرق المؤسسات الأكاديمية في المنطقة العربية في مجال إعداد
الكوادر المتخصصة في إصلاح السياسات العامة.
أعمل منذ ثلاث سنوات باحثةً في مكتب تحليل الموازنة التابع للمجلس الوطني العراقي، حيث
أسهمت في إعداد أربع مذكرات سياسية رُفعت إلى لجنة المالية النيابية حول شفافية الإنفاق
الاتحادي، كما قدت فريق عمل من سبعة باحثين لصياغة تعديلات على قانون مكافحة الفساد
في عقود المشتريات الحكومية. يمنحني هذا العمل فهماً عملياً لقيود تطبيق السياسات في
البيئة العراقية، وهو ما أرغب في تطويره أكاديمياً عبر التحاقي ببرنامجكم.
تتمثل اهتماماتي البحثية المستقبلية في تحليل الإدارة المالية العامة وآليات الإصلاح المؤسسي
في الدول التي تمر بمراحل انتقالية، مع تركيز خاص على العراق ودول المنطقة. وأرى في
المنهج الكمي والمقارن الذي يتبناه برنامجكم الإعدادَ المنهجي الذي أحتاجه لتطوير هذا
المسار البحثي على نحو جدي.
